I didnt either but i guess its because sikhs in the past havent been shown in the best light, but I am Ajay doesnt mean too. regarding Akshay, I didnt inow on the objections, plus he went to the sardars regarding the movie. i think maybe some may have later but regardless singh is king was a huge blockbuster and punjabis enjoyed the movie

whereas, Sunny movie some comedy joh bole was trashed by sikhs as they didnt like the content and how sikhs were mocked.

Muslims issued a fatwa against Salman because he attended a Hindu Puja.

Aaja Nachle was banned in a few states because a song hurt some Hindu sentiments.

I could understand the religious sentiments if they were making a Ramayana or a film based on Guru Nanak Dev Ji's life. Its important to have your facts right. But the story is about a common Sikh man. There are no facts or protocols to follow.

Maybe they do but it's a Bolly movie, what do they expect? Yeah maybe AD should cover that tattoo. But otherwise, if they want it to be shown in its purest form, they better make one themselves.

i know...why expect any logic from a BW movie...I am not saying that what they r saying is right or wrong...i am just trying to think of reasons...why they would object since Hinduism and Sikhism are so close..
