One overacts and the other underacts. I'd pick Katrina for the item numbers and Ameesha for the acting.

Amisha Patel hands down.. I actually never though amisha was a bad actress she just needs to work on her emotional scenes... she goes OTT when she cries but even Karishma does the same.

On the other hand... Katrina needs work in a lot categories let alone emotional scenes

I have embedded a video of a scene from Ankahee on the first page. I wish people acknowledge that performance more, given that it is more recent than AMALL. Besides, Ameesha was supposed to be an asthma patient in AMALL, although the scene explaining it was left out, leaving no explanation to her heavy breathing in some scenes.

Yes Amisha's hysterical crying was pathetic and annoying HOWEVER she's totally the better actress! Loved her in Kaho Na Pyar Hai, Humraaz and Ankahee. She was just super in Ankahee. Great film!
