theres some comment that her stomachs bulging out but she looks good at this weight, skin and bones is not a good look.

It's a distraction from her belly. If the whole round jiggler was exposed to the world without a visual interruption then it would be obvious how ill-suited the itsy-bitsy outfit is for her.
