Its not really news that they dated. They were together for quite sometime until recently.

And i thought Arpita was adopted by salman, not arabaz?

guys Arpita is adopted by the Khan family and she is not their real sister but the story about Arpita and Arjun is true I guess...it came out a lot earlier that these two were a couple but who knows the real story...😕

Well said. And many pretty actresses have dated avg guys and vive versa. Looks is Initial thing but ones personality etc makes a relation.

Why on earth would Arpita demand stuff from Arjun, when she herself comes from a wealthy background? Her brother is one of the most successful stars in the country...won't she rather ask for things from him, than her (then) unemployed boyfriend?😕

Arpita has been adopted by Salim and his first wife (Salman's mom) from an orphanage. They did not know about her religion but raised her as a hindu, in deference to Salman's mother, who was a hindu before her wedding to Salim Khan. (I had read all of this in some gossip column years back!)

Alternatively, there was also some rumor about Arpita being the adopted daughter of Salim and his second wife, Helen, who could not conceive children of her own. Earlier, Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail and their sister had nothing to do with Helen, but later they accepted her as part of their family and hence, accepted Arpita as their sibling also. (All based on gossip magazines! I am no authority on the Khan family😆)

Im so surprised people here dont seem to know the Arpita story. It was quite huge when it happened. It seems Salim Khan was out for a walk one day and say a beggar woman dying on the road with a baby next to her. The khan family tried to help the mother but she dies eventually and they adopted the baby. So you can see how lucky Arpita is from the streets to the Khan-dan. So ironic that she has developed these ultra- expensive tastes. But the Khans really dote on her which is very nice how they accepted her completely and people seem to have even forgotten (like here) that she is adopted. And that explains the looks, she is obviously nothing like them and so different.
