Boney Kapoor's son Arjun Kapoor's debut film Ishaqzaade is creating crazy buzz in tinseltown and the debutant is already being touted as the next big thing in Bollywood.

Arjun, who lost tremendous weight to get back into shape for an acting debut, thanks to Salman Khan, is raring to go and confident of succeeding in B-Town, so much so that he's declared a war of sorts against other actors.

Interestingly, the actor, who's being compared with other star-kids like Shahid Kapoor, Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor is not bogged down by these comparisons and is seemingly looking forward to dethroning his contemporaries, especially Ranbir Kapoor. Talking about Ranbir, the newbie said to a daily, "I hope to be in the space where Ranbir is today. But that does not mean Imran and Shahid are not doing any work. Even they have huge range of work. Even Ranbir was a newcomer someday. However, today he has created his own mark."

Arjun seems more than confident of giving Ranbir a run for his money and we can only wish him all the best. But, wonder what Ranbir has to say about the same?

Totally agreed. Parineeti stole the show from him. A female actor overpowering a male actor rarely happens in bollywood. This guy looks and acts like a sissy IMO. Just because he has a beard growing and smiles in that creepy way does not a rugged hero make. He's here thanks to Salman. So I'm sure he will hop away for the next decade or so like Abhisekh. 😆😆
