Prakash Jha ropes in Katrina Kaif for his next project based on the subject of anti-corruption

Buzz is that Katrina Kaif has been roped in for Prakash Jha's next, tentatively titled Satyagrah. This is the second film for which the actor-director duo is teaming up again after their last film Raajneeti.

Akshay Kumar who stars in the film will also produce it. Reportedly, dhak-dhak girl Madhuri Dixit who earlier worked with Jha in Mrityudand is also said to be part of the cast.

A source reveals, "Katrina and Kareena were being considered for the role but it is Kat who has bagged it finally. We are still trying to sort out the dates with her."



Prakash Jha

According to our source, Katrina will be seen in a de-glam avatar, similar to her look in Raajneeti. Satyagrah is based on the subject of anti-corruption and is loosely inspired by the Anna Hazare episode.

In the past
Kat and Akki have who have paired together in Tees Maar Khan, Singh Is King, Namaste London, Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, in the past, are teaming up again for the fifth time.
