The release date of Aamir Khan's suspense thriller Talaash is pushed from June to November. Now, chances are that Aamir's movie might clash with Shahrukh Khan's YRF film at the box office. Want to know how?

The Yash Chopra-directed film with Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif is slated for a November release, same as Talaash. A star like Aamir Khan, who has hardly given duds at the BO, must have his finger on the masses' pulse. But there could be another story to it. Remember, how Aamir Khan did publicity for his film Ghajini when Shahrukh Khan's film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi was in the theatres. Both the films released around the same time but it was Aamir Khan's Ghajini that stole the march.

If Yash Raj Films is releasing Shahrukh-Katrina starrer on Diwali (13th November), Aamir's Talaash is rescheduled for November 30 release. The production house of Talaash, Excel Entertainment, has already revealed why the movie is postponed to November. Since Aamir Khan's TV debut is pending, the star will have no time to promote Talaash. Hence it's was suitable to release the film in November, a festive season.

Talking about Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif's film, a lot rides on the project. Yash Raj has been waiting for a big opener, and in last two years they have produced only small films made on shoe-string budgets. Their last release Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl also couldn't muster riches.

However, seeing the supposed release dates of the two films, we could say history repeats itself. Ghajini released two weeks after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

OT: i don't think it'll make much of a difference, people will flock to watch aamir's movie because his last one was nearly 3 years ago and people will watch shahrukh's because its with yash raj and that combination nearly never dissapoints...

Maybe YRF should shift to Christmas week its always the ideal time. But really Amir ne hadh kardi the first promo came out like a month ago and the film releasing end of the year. Now this man is highly insecure!.
