I was going to post a gigantic plea/lecture on india forums urging everyone to watch it. It has very quickly become the best show i've seen on television - the only ones that would come close would be Rome and Game of Thrones.

I've also become an obsessive fangirl over benedict cumberbatch.

Okay sheldon - season 2 is freaking brilliant. Episode 1 of season 2 is the best episode of any tv show hands down . they introduce irene adler, and boy is she a million times better than stupid rachel mcadams -__-''. WATCH SEASON 2! and immediately gush about it with me after you have seen it.

I like Spartacus better than Rome 😳

@Sheldon: nooo. Rome > Spartacus lol. My friend and I have had too many debates over this. I've found i couldn't really enjoy spartacus after Rome.

I've been waiting to watch Tinker Tailor for a while - what a cast eh? Oldman, Cumberbatch, Firth, Ciarin Hinds, John hurt. EFFF i want to see it so bad.

I have also gotten extremley into another british show - Downton Abbey. Its garnered a lot of critical acclaim and won a truckload of emmy's this year. its very good. its a slowpaced period drama but its done with such perfection and attention to detail, its fantastic - but i think its sort of a 'love it or hate it' kind of show. It has the same treatment as mad men.
