Bollywood on the ramp

Bollywood is big on the fashion scene now. I remember the time (five years ago), Urmila walked the ramp for the first time at the Chambers for me.

That was followed by an Omega event where Sonali Bendre and Shah Rukh took to the ramp for Rohit Bal. Ever since, we've seen designers get stars for their shows.

Today Rocky S, Neeta Lulla, Anna Singh, Vikram Phadnis have actors on the ramps. Let's see if this trend continues.

LIFW began with a bang on the first day with Rocky S, Surily and others and finally ending the night with my show. The start's been superb. Last night, Azhar hosted a party with me and Rocky S at Hilton Towers.

The party was super fun, my shows are over and so I had a blast. Bollywood actors walked for the first time for me, and that makes me feel special. Cheers to Bollywood on the ramp.

Maybe next time when I showcase my collection, I won't just think about having different clothes, but also about not having a Bollywood star on my ramp.
