Hrithik with Aishwarya in 'Akbar-Jodha'
By MIO Team

Director Ashutosh Gowarkar is in high spirit after the success of his earlier films 'Lagaan' and 'Swades'. Now, he has announced another film titled 'Akbar-Jodha' with Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai as the lead pair. The director said that Hrithik and Ash would fit into the role of the historical couple, who ruled India with peace and harmony.

The director revealed that he would concentrate on the lives of Akbar and his Hindu wife Jodha Bai when they were young with a baby named Salim. He added that they loved each other though they married for political reasons. He is planning to shoot it in the historical site of Agra and Delhi.
