There's this sad story of a fading actress and to resurface and save her career, she's decided to turn producer and launched a production house. Good for her but not good for the staff she's hired. We're told her staff is not too happy with her and most of them are already looking for work elsewhere.

Apparently, if anyone is so much as an hour late for work or leaves an hour early, this actress has asked her accountant to cut their 'one hour' salary. We've heard of pay cuts for a half day or full day off but this actress seems to have introduced a new concept in pay cuts ' by the hour. Sad, indeed!

This lil tid-bit was about Ameesha Patel, y'all! The former actress just settled into a brand new office space for her (lil hobby) production company. Word is she and her boyfriend/business partner (Jack McFarland) Kunal Goomer, laid down so much dough for the new digs, they're trying to downsize where ever possible! cough::payroll::cough Ameesha spoke about her new work space, saying:

"This office is very close to my heart. It has a huge conference room with a beautiful terrace and of course, shades of pink since I love pink."

Aww...she forgot to say, "and flowers and rainbows and unicorns!"

She swears up and down they've got a bevy of films lined up under their new business. But all we keep hearing about is her 'comeback' film opposite Neil Nitin Mukesh, in the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Thiruttu Payale, tentatively titled Shortcut Romeo.
