I think the difference is that Aamir and Hrithik are called perfectionists for their work and Aish is called perfect for her family relations..like perfect bahu, perfect biwi, beti, S-I-L, bhabhi, maa (will be soon enough), having the perfect family, and a perfect life etc...It gets hard to relate to someone so "perfect" with a "perfect life."

Aishwarya is called a perfectionist in both - work and in personal life. I think it is because she gives her 100% to what she does, coupled with her dedication and hardwork and her zeal to excel. That's why I asked.

But nobody is a perfectionist because NOBODY can be perfect. 😃

ok so how is ash considered a perfect bahu and jaya bachhan doesn't. as far i have never heard media raving abt her in tht tone🥱..coming to hits jaya has more blockbusters than ashwariya and had some great work in the past...while ash has a little a few to talk abt..she has been surrounded with her list of scandals before and after the marriage...now only comes to the mind is either her ex miss world thingy or her made up international fame...so i don't get why jaya is always overshadowed by this bacchan bahu...which i considered far from perfect...and i really give a damn what media says...today u can pay 10,000 bucks to a news source and u can get plenty of articles...not a big thing LOL

Well Jaya is not a perfect bahu because she is a saas now I guess! May be in her time she was considered that but still there wasn't so much media coverage so people didn't get to read about it.

And please, scandals? Since when was having a relationship legally/morally wrong? Jaya too probably had affairs before marriage. It's just that media wasn't so all over the place in those days. But yeah, Aishwarya definitely is a much bigger superstar than Jaya was in her time + an international icon. Jaya was low-key and maintained a low-profile like Vidya of today. So it's pretty much understandable why Aishwarya overshadows Jaya. I don't even call that overshadowing. When Aishwarya will be of Jaya's age, her own daughter-in-law will be "overshadowing" her. It's a cycle. Nothing surprising there.

this constant attempt of media/bachchans to show Aishwarya as perfect bahu/beti/biwi/human/star makes me barf, if they just stop i think many people just might liking her. there are many other daughter-in-law in bollywood, it just that we dont hear about them being a perfect one..because NO ONE IS PERFECT!!!

Thanks for sharing nice that Aishwarya can maintain and handle her personal life well but who knows what really happens in their private life. No one is perfect of course! All the best to her and the baby!! As for the perfect tag, it is just an article by some journalist!!
