I want to preface my comment by saying that I do respect that it is her choice - whatever she chose to do best to have a child(ren) for herself and Abhi.

But I am sorry - something is not RIGHT about how her bump is positioned so high above and doesn't seem to reach down below at all... something doesn't look ...err...typical.
