its a good movie for its genre..I love the songs of the movie.. the direction and execution was good too..

Imtiaz's 2nd best movie..yeah SNT is definitely on the top spot. Loved everything about it...the songs, character sketch, actors, dialogues & it's definitely not overrated IMO. It puts a big smile on my face & it isn't the usual cheesy stuff like SNT wasn't. That makes it special :p

What I love about JWM is Geet...I connected with her thought process.

I love Aditya too as a character and Shahid played it so well!

Geet and Aditya together make this movie work like a charm!

I completely agree! I cannot stress this enough. We tend to notice Geet a lot because she is the energetic one and doing things in the movie...but how wonderful was Aditya! Shahid played him so well...so well...he was the perfect foil...the calm, the sensitive, the thoughtful person...starting from his expressions to his body language...he got it just right! This movie is incomplete without Geet's spunkiness and Aditya's calmness.

I just LOVE JWM.. i think ive watched it more than 20 times and whenever im having a bad day or even sad i just youtube it lol. I hope i never get tired of it.

It was a heart warming family entertainer, with a sweet premise and engaging charactesr and screenplay. What's not to like?

very good script, and awesome performance by shahid and kareena.

So am not the only one who watches JWM when they are down lol..I thought I was the only who does that. For some reason when I watch it...the movie makes me smile. And I don't think bebo overacted at all in the film...she was loud but didn't overact. I think she was perfect for the role because she knew how to control her performance with a character like Geet...it's easy to go overboard and annoying. But Geet was so endearing.

What I loved about JWM is both bebo and shahid performance and their chemistry. And how sweet Aditya's character was and how hilarious Geet in the film is what makes me glued to the film till date. I said long ago that shahid also deserved best actor for his role just like kareena. But filmfare are to blind to notice any other actors other than srk and duggu.

Jab We Met: MUSIC. every thing else is bad. I LOVE LOVE THE MUSIC.

I dunno I always feel like people forget how good Shahid was as Aditya and how important Aditya was also. I do understand why: Geet is fun, energetic, CRAZY, endearing, and very in your face while Aditya is calm, quiet, depressed, lost, trying to put the pieces of his life back together.

Honestly, JWM wouldn't be amazing without BOTH Geet and Aditya.

As for awards, well Kareena had virtually no competition when JWM came out. But Shahid had so much..SRK in Chak de, Abhishek in Guru, and everyone was going gaga over Darsheel in TZP.
