Karisma Kapoor to play supermodel in Dangerous Ishq

National Award winning actress Karisma Kapoor, who will be facing the camera after five years, will be essaying the role of a glamorous supermodel in Vikram Bhatt's Dangerous Ishq. The film will be shot in 3D. Karisma who charmed the hearts of her audience with films like Dil To Pagal Hai, Raja Hindustani, Hero No.1 and Biwi No. 1 is all charged up for her second innings in Bollywood.

Director Vikram Bhatt revealed Karisma's role on Twitter, "As promised Karisma's character in 'Dangerous Ishq' - a super model who gives up her career to marry the man she loves, before the marriage,...her fiance is kidnapped by an enemy who has been chasing her through many lifetimes...to find out who she must find out about her lives."

In fact, in real life too, Karisma said goodbye to her filmy career to tie the knot with Delhi-based businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003. She is now a mother of two cute kids, Samaira born in 2005, and son Kiaan Raj Kapoor born in 2010. Karisma never stayed away from the glitz and glamour of the B-town, she is a regular face in parties and events, but she was waiting for a right project.

Karisma is really happy to make her comeback with Dangerous Ishq. Vikram Bhatt tweeted, "With the gorgeous Karisma Kapoor...she is getting on twitter soon and wants to convey to her fans that she is really excited to be back!!!"

The music of Dangerous Ishq will be composed by Himesh Reshammiya.

as along she does justice to her character as a super model her height shouldn't be an issue.

She is not that short like only 5 ft.

exactly! plus heels and stuff also help! Karisma is not that short! and as longs as she does justice to her character, it's fine

I guess this was the best offer she got after all the aata roti pankha commercial offers. She had to wait all these years for this?! Needless to say a big flop in the waiting critically and commercially. Poor Karishma...what was she thinking? Why not just preserve your past glory...🤔

ok first of all Karisma Kapoor is currently the brand ambassador of OLAY, and GARNIER, back in the days she use to promote Coca-Cola, Dabar Amla and Lux! and this is not the only offer she has had, in DI she is the lead protagonist, and the movie is also being made in 3D, appart from that she is aso doing Satte Pe Satta with Sanjay Dutt, and might also be seen in Houseful, I think this is a good enough start!

Sorry I only saw her aata chawal pankha ads on pinkvilla among numerous poses on page 3 parties. 😆😆 And I think she is resorting to this B grade flick because she can't get anything better...like I said...should have either waited for a better offer or sat at home. 🥱

well OLAY and GARNIER are not aata and chawal! second of all it is quite an honour to be part of a 3D movie in which you are playing the lead protagonist, and it is not like this is the only movie she is doing, she has already signed satte pe satta and I am sure she will be signng more soon! and who knows maybe this movie does turn out to be good!
