Indian Law says after marriage a women takes on her husbands name so acc to Law Rahul is an Indian n taking Rahul name to prove y people dont say him same shows Kat is a confused person

you're confusing nationality with parentage, his father is ethnic Indian, and his mother is ethnic Italian, that makes him half-Indian and half-Italian.

I only believe a women takes name of her husband after marriage so Sonia Gandhi should be termed as Indian but as she is from a family which is famous people will blame her as non Indian n Kat's should have not used Rahul she should have simply said her Dad is an Indian so she will be called Indian too

Agree on this line...

But how does taking Rahul's name is being bad... it's just reference, nothing else.

taking name of your husband doesn't change your ethnicity, and no.. she didn't say anything wrong.. Rahul is half-indian and half-italian.

it changes wen the Law states after marriage a women takes on her husbands name but in India people use it as opportunity to point fingers at a person wen they have nothing else to do n from where i know people said Katrina is a firangi bcoz she doesnt know hindi till now but for that saying someone else name wasnt needed she could have said it about herself rather then proving see that guy is same too
