I think kashyap is a good director.

Apart from No Smoking, many of the films he's written for, directed or produced has been recieved well by the people who saw it. That Girl In Yellow Boots is making quite a buzz in filmy circuits and is going to premier at two different festivals.

I am pretty excited about Gangs of Wasseypur as well.

BB, dabangg was Abhinav's brain child.. there's nothing to debate here, he was responsible for salman's biggest hit in his career.
