exactly my point of view...anu just starting her career...i agree she can do this type role...bt me too think madhur wants an established actress who has worked hard to get a film, have seen & knws bollwoody dunia,got award,faced low & high fame to her acting career...

Yeah, a young girl is just not gonna bring to this role what established actresses like kareena and Aish can bring. THey'll just be taht much more convincing.

But if Madhur takes Priyanka the film will have too much of a Fashion hangover.

^That's the problem with Bollywood Desu...there is a dearth of actresses. Madhur's really limited with who he can choose for the role...even I think the addition of PC would give Heroine a more "Fashion" feel to it, but in the end he needs some top actress to essay the role

okay that makes sense. Because someone said... she is too young. But her age can changed easily on screen with make up and all.

But doesn't that rule out Vidya too. Isn't she fairly new. She is what 5-7 films old. I don't think she tasted success or failure as much as someone like kareena or aish have...who have been in bollywood since forever esp Aish.

Gosh .. just read some responses to my previous comments about considering PC, Deepika, Anushka etc. for this role.

Honestly guys .. most of these actors are same .. kinda over-rated but we gotta choose the andhon mein kana raja. 😊

This is where PC comes into the picture (just my opinion). I seriously think Deepika is better than Katrina (atleast in acting) and Anushka has a serious potential in her.

Tabu/Karisma/Rani are completely in different league. I didn't touch that zone. I was just talking about the current ones (like the actual current ones and not the on & off ones). They are good .. no doubt. Tabu is the best choice for any role that doesn't requires dancing. She is a phenomenal actress and is very good looking too. Karisma is fine and I don't think Madhur will consider Rani for this role because it has to have somebody super-glamorous. Why not Sushmita? I know I know she isn't a great actress or anything like that but her charm and personality will work I guess (just my guess .. others may not agree).

But I am not getting why do we need to just think about a very experienced heroine (Kareena/Ash) to potray this character. It's not like that this movie is going to be based on their life that they have to have seen some ups and downs in their life/career. C'mon it is just acting .. I kinda believe that the younger lot (only the good ones among them) can actually play the role too.

Anyways ... whoever gets this movie .. I don't much care .. yes PC is my favorite and I would love to see her in this movie (and want to really see how she works around differently to make this movie appear different from Fashion) and wish this movie is a ATBB .. will be a great lesson to Bachchans of all season.
