Year 2005 was a happening year for Director Priyadarshan as his two releases Kyon Ki... and Garam Masala were among the much talk about movies. It seems he will continue to offer comedy this year too. Priyadarshan has completed his love comedy Chup Chup Ke, which was initially tentatively titled Khatta Meetha. Supposed to be the most heartwarming comedy of the year the film and its star cast includes Shahid Kapur, Kareena Kapoor, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Neha Dhupia, Sushma Reddy, Shakti Kapoor, Anupam Kher and Om Puri. The film will release in summer vacations this year.
