Yesh, it was his choice to stop shooting and thats the right decision that he made. That's the right thing to do. I can't take your word for she didn't want other people jeopardized and all that...because i haven't heard from her. And if that's true then her intentions are right. But even if that was the case...its still unprofessional. A pregnant 6 month woman to complete the movie at any cost...who would want that?!...its not just her. Its the baby too now. If she does complete the shoot then there are so many risks!! No one wants that.
This is her job...she should have thought about everything. And like anna143 said...she has been in the industry for so long. She knows all this. Being Irresponsible is something that she can't afford. It's about the baby's health. Madhur being the main guy of the movie and knowing what needs to be done and what doesn't...he made the right decision by stopping.

I can't stand reading his blogs anymore...actually, i can't stand himself anymore. Thanks to his blog. He sounds so stupid and "im the best" kinda person. Makes a fool out of himself.

Yeah... The crucial scenes could have been shot in the 4 th month...Yes Very true... But that is if she had informed him earlier... Informing him and keeping him in the loop is the key here... and that is where she has messed it up... She dropped teh bomb in teh 4 th month and how possibly could Madhur have started shooting it in that month itself... 😕.

There's a lot of confabulation going on here.

And there is such a thing as 'fake cigarettes' that non-smoking actors use! Alcohol doesn't have to be *actual* alcohol, they could use colored water.

Well now it really is obvious that she didn't tell him. I've said it before and I'll say it again--the real problem is that she failed to inform Madhur that she's pregnant not that she got pregnant. If she had just told him before, maybe he could have worked around it like other directors have done in Hollywood--which they were able to do because they KNEW their lead actress was pregnant.
