@indn inn0cence and @liverach: I am little late in replying to your question about dorm experience but I will give you my 2 cents about it. Living in a dorm has it's good and bad point.

Good: Easiest way to meet new people, great atmosphere, get to participate in different activities and you always have someone to talk to about how your day is going etc.

Bad: You might get stuck with the worst possible roommate (some of my fiends have had worst experience with roommate) , less privacy, can be distracting at time.

Other than that I will say this next 3/4 years you will have to deal with different situations some good and some not so good.

P.S: Make sure you guys take time out to just relax and enjoy the university life in between study sessions and classes. 😃

Had a natural American accent too...do you guys speak English there in American accent? She used to tell me the education system in Phillipines is American based. So you might find it easier to adapt to the American education system. Although highschool here is completely different from college. But again...its college, its supposed to be hard. 😆
