You're all lucky that you get to go to Uni right after you've graduated from high school. :/

here in QC:

high school : 7-11

college : most programs are pre-university programs, and they last up to 2-3 years.

and ONLY then you can go to university for under-grad and major in something afterwards.

@Rachna: You studied in Phillipines? I knew someone from there who went to my undergrad. She was a music/English major. Had a natural American accent too...do you guys speak English there in American accent? She used to tell me the education system in Phillipines is American based. So you might find it easier to adapt to the American education system. Although highschool here is completely different from college. But again...its college, its supposed to be hard. 😆
