Yes the topic starter said it's sad that even in the beg of her career karishma did amazing films and performances, but after being in the industry for 10 years, only good performance kareena gave was JWM. Read the long paragraph by the topic starter. I guess you haven't read it. Since your asking me who said karishma was better 😛

i like kareena and karishma both but i think karishma was better.

love you beboholic but I disagree what you had to say about madhuri. I think what Madhuri did in the movie Anjaam. I haven't seen any actress be that perfect with powerful performance but also very natural. Bigger and better than the hero's role and she had a great dancing in the movie as well

I like both kareena and karishma too. But obviously am a huge fan of kareena and was never a huge fan of karishma. Karishma is a good actress, but I think it's unfair when people try to compare the two sisters and bring down kareena just because karishma is a past actress and is gone now. I understand people miss her, but what does bringing down kareena bring? It's not gonna bring karishma back. Because kareena already made a name for herself in the industry. Because of her talent, directors are writing roles for her with her in mind. Other directors are begging her to be in their films when she refuses. if that's not talent, I don't know what is. Because if they are giving her films for her beauty, there are many other good looking actress..but not enough talent out there!



I see a lot of bias towards yesterday actress in the topic starters argument.

lol I didn't read the whole think either. I just scanned. And than when I saw bebo's name, I stopped there and had to come in and give my take. At first I wasn't even gonna comment because this topic has been done so many times it's getting boring. But the karishma is better actress than bebo think caught my attention.

but beboholic haven't you read the interview where kareena said she wants to worked with all the actors that her sister worked with and she likes to do the kind of cinema she did.

I love you too Aishu. I have seen Anjaam and I thought Maduri was great in the film. But I don't think she is any better actress than the likes of bebo or priyanka or vidya ect...actress of today. That's all what I was trying to say. if katrina does a SKJ, Maduri also has those kind of songs. Yes she is an amazing dancer, but that has nothing to do with acting na. So I fail to see why is bollywood going downhill when the actress of yesterday are not any better then the actress of today mainly bebo pc and vidya. If these actress bring in great performances, than actress like Katrina brings in the money. Even some kareena films were hits too and so was priyanka films. I hope u get my point now. I actually love maduri, but I don't agree with this topic that yesterday actress were any better than today's actress...maduri and karishma and raveena are only better than katrina deepika and sonam but not priyanka and kareena and vidya and anuska. 😊

I think the topic starter wants to know if we want a change. Yes we do.

But using the present day actresses and then comparing them to the past is no good. The biggest culprits are the superstars of today. SRK and Salman...if they are our pride then what change can we expect? It is extremely unfair to put the blame on the actresses of today only ...since even in the past it was exactly the same. It's time for the hero structure to change. I do NOT want to see the 45+ actors and 60+ Rajni act like super heroes or run around tress with their daughters and grand daughters! I want a change there first then let's talk about actresses who really don't have much to do in most films.
