Salman partners with UTV

Salman Khan has taken the plunge. He has turned producer. Sure, Salman's family has been producing films for a while now, but Salman has decided to give his name to a film, which stars kids in principal roles. The film in question is CHILLAR PARTY. It seems, Salman was extremely impressed when he watched the film sometime back and decided to come on board.

"That's true," UTV's Siddharth Roy Kapur confirms, "CHILLAR PARTY is now a co-production between UTV Spotboy and Salman Khan Productions, with Ronnie Screwvala and Salman being credited as producers of this film." What prompted Salman to back this project? "Well, he loved the film and expressed a keen desire to be a part of it. That's more, Salman has decided to promote the film as well," Sid states. CHILLAR PARTY is slated for release in July. The exact date is under finalization.
