Healthy looking shouldn't be synonymous with looking flabby. Srsly, an unhealthy looking woman will be someone like Anja Rubik or Freja Beha Erichsen (Google them and you'll know). Gwyneth and Nicole and Jen aren't, by any stretch, unhealthy. Period. Yes, they are toned and slim, but they work hard to keep themselves in shape. They don't starve (at least not now), and if you actually have a look at their diets (Google GOOP to know what Gwyneth's diet to get into shape for Iron Man II was), one'll understand that their diets, though strict, are not unhealthy. Eating three square meals a day doesn't mean one is eating healthily. One can make sacrifices and STILL get all the essential nutrients.
I'm not promulgating unhealthy eating habits nor am I simply hating on Ash, but I want to debunk the theory that a flabby woman is a healthy woman. Also, I've said this loads of times before, but flab shouldn't be mistaken for curves. Curvy women have breasts, a butt and an enviable waist to hip ratio. Salma Hayek is curvy. Lara Stone is curvy. Adriana Lima is curvy. Ash isn't and never was curvy. When she was younger, she was just thin, and now as she's got older, she's flabby. A curvy woman she never was.
Here's Salma Hayek. See, she's not flabby like Ash, but she doesn't look unhealthy either, KWIM?
