Poor Abhi... but I think it is his own fault... he doesn't like fit... to play the hero roles.... work on yourself .. it is oke for roles like Pa and Dostana.. but to play this kinda roles.. you need to have that extra factor... better luck next time.. I'm sure he will get some more opportunities... and I agree with Ajay Devgan... he needs better PR..

Ohhhhkayy, now I get why all those articles Abhi has been giving on Rani, on going with his wife eveywhere etc. etc. Things he wouldn't normally talk about basically. All for publicity. I didn't know he had a movie releasing.. Well, good luck to him.. should check out the promo LOL.

Ha ha ha

SI ROFL. :P

Which Bollywood idiot's movie debuts on April Fools' Day – Of course, our favorite buffoon Abhishek Bachchan's movie. Who else deserves that dubious honor. ;)

Folks, Abhishek Bachchan's new movie Game released today and if the critics' visceral reaction against it is any indication this bloke better start looking for a new vocation.

Here are excerpts from a bunch of "Game' reviews:

IndiaFM

The problem with GAME is manifold. First and foremost, first-time storyteller Abhinay Deo serves a slick-flick that's devoid of meat. It's all about narrating interesting stories and how convincingly do they translate on celluloid, but Abhinay seems to be under the notion that stunning locales and vibrant/energetic action pieces compensate for a tight/cohesive script. Nope, they don't!

NDTV

I'm not looking for realism here but a whodunit has to be consistent with its own logic. In Game, anything goes.

Characters behave randomly and at the end, when you try to tie it all together, it unravels even more.

The actors veer between looking bewildered and grim and the only one who makes any impression is Kangna who brings some energy into this leaden enterprise. I'm going with two stars.

Reuters India

If you are the type who enjoys an Agatha Christie whodunit then you will immediately know what is wrong with "Game". The pace is awry, you can see through the red herrings pretty soon, and the characters aren't intriguing enough. And however old-fashioned Christie might have been, her whodunits never suffered from these flaws.

The film also suffers because it tries to juggle several half-baked themes all at once. There is a revenge angle, Abhishek Bachchan suddenly turns vigilante for a while and finally we move towards a murder mystery.

….the music isn't that great and the director doesn't seem to have much of a hold over his project. I suggest you concentrate on the other "game" this weekend.

India Today

The slowest film can have a heart pulsing rhythm. But you cannot make a murder mystery, that has promised to make the audience think, at the tempo of a fragmented art house film. Game gets continually stuck in details that have no relevance to the plot. I always thought the basic rule of a crime thriller was that if there is an unduly long close up of an ashtray then somehow it must be the murder weapon.

Of course, some of the reviewers may have had a good thing or two to say about the movie but their bottom line point about the movie is that Game is rubbish.

If he was not a Bachchan his GAME would have been over way back....

Movie like FALTU is getting better reviews and more foot falls than this movie...
Not surprised.... As an audience I just cannot connect to him on screen...Off screen is the only place I can connect to him...
* Shee ... Where are you... * I need a warning... 😆

If Abhi is not interested in Acting than why doesn't he just quit. Other star at least working on their acting, and he just doesn't care at all.

poor ab jr
i would like to see him lose the chubby look and sharpen his acting skills a little more
you see even when he tries to work it for himself alone with no help from papa & wifey he ends up with the wrong scripts, film choices etc. 😆
