He played an engineering student right ? One gets into such a course after their +12 so he did play a 18 year old. No way did he look that age. That boy from Udaan - now he looked 18.

We are so accustomed to seeing 30+ year olds playing college kids that we would all be terribly disappointed if a 18yo actually played that role.

but I don't know why, y'day I was imagining Ranbir as Rancho. I don't know if he would have made a good Rancho or not...he just slipped into my mind...and was pondering over younger actors playing Aamir's role.... 😆

^^ but he wasnt 45 when he played it. This one is too ridiculous 😆. I watched a couple of scenes from the movie and ugggh, he freaked me out.

yeah during JJWS time he wasn't 45. 😆 late 20's I think....he freaked me out in some scenes too....like Chatur's famous speech in 3I when he would laugh or look with his widened eyes...I don't know, I guess it was just his widened eyes that got me freaked out.... 😆

^^ that's exactly I'm talking about; the wide eyes. It would be so much better if these actors aged gracefully and didnt rely so much on botox (which only makes it worse). I'm looking forward to his Rani Kareena movie.

Exactly he didnt play a 40 year old going back to college. I wish we had movies like that but I digress. He played a brilliant kid who probably skipped a grade or two so he probably played a 16 yo when he was 45.😆
