Why is the film being re-released? Does the producer/director think people have forgotten the torture they went through once? Yes, the mocvie did try to cram in some message at some point which got lost somewhere and I was too busy fast forwarding to figure out what it was. Has AB become a big star? Has Rakesh suddenly become the best director? Has Sonam finally done something other than giggle and look pretty?
Then WHY WHY WHY....

The ending of this film made no sense at all. It was so counterintuitive that when it was over all I could think of was W*F? Is this guy insane?

I loved Aks as well, way ahead of times. If it were released today it would have stood a better chance. I seriously though it was one of Manoj Bajpai's best performance.

I loved the multiple layers of Delhi 6, but Rakesh got both the main leads casting wrong. Abhishek didnt look or act like a NRI and Sonam was too immature to potray the role of Bittu.

Abhi did get it right in one scene in the movie. When he came tearing down the steps after (something happened to his grandmother, don't remember what exactly) and he was shouting "Call 9-1-1!" That's so totally the American thing to do. I'd have done it myself😆
