Yup when the directors and producers and investors are giving him chance after chance,then humari kaun sunta hai?? Audience gaya tel lene should be he title of abhi and rani's next with SLB. ☺️

None of the other Khans can guarantee a hit... As of now and the last couple of years... Aamir Khan is the only one guaranteed a hit.... Lets see how long that lasts...

Not even SRK and Salman can guarantee a hit...Its a hit or a miss with them and so with Akshay too. 😊

I totally agree with u, I was just trying to make a point. LIke u said even the khans don't have a guaranteed hit. Therefore people are being to harsh on abhishek solely. Yeah I get people are saying that if was another actor he would have been long gone but that's besides the point now. Yes, he was lucky to be born a bachchan and he wholeheartedly accepts that fact too. It's not like any of the other mainstream actors aren't getting work because of him. Everyone is getting their fair share, well at least I think so.

And about box office- Why should we care? OUr main agenda is to get entertained or experience a beautiful piece of cinema. That's what our concern should really be. How a film fares at the box office is the producer's problem not the audience.

Recently there was an article posted about if Abhi's career is really over? I think most people are underestimating him. Yes I agree he isn't the best actor out there. I also agree he got the name and fame more from his family background than his acting history. But I don't think he's really that bad of an actor. Yes he's chosen some not so good scripts but that's almost every actor and actress. I think with the right scripts he'll do well and a lot better than he is doing now. He just needs to stop being go gaga over his wife and focus a little more on his career.

In today's world, movies seem to recover their cost even before their release. Its not like the old days where movies ran for 25 or 50 weeks and celebrated their jubilees to be deemed hit and recover cost.

So, do actors really need to give hits? And nepotism in bollywood is nothing new.
