Abhishek was not even close to it and without the Bachchan name he would have been history now.

Coming to Aamir agree he is not a superstar bcoz there are many superstars like Amitabh, SRK, Salman, Akki, Hrithik etc.

Aamir is a SUPER SUPER STAR.

SRK may be the darling of the NRI's, Salman may be the darling of the masses, Hrithik may be the darling of the classes, Akki can be the king of comedies, But Aamir raises above all these and cuts across all the barriers and is the shining star of Bollywood.

if you read the article again, they said they don't think Game is a bankable movie at all... 😛 and in today's time, i don't think anybody would buy even SRK's movie for a 100 crore, because that is a lot of money and to earn their investment back on such a huge amount is still a risk... audience is getting smarter and while big stars can gaurantee huge opening weekends, they can't sail a below average movie through to hit or superhit status... Zoya might have a lot of critical acclaim, but her name still does not hold too much clout at the box office... same with Abhay and Farhan, no matter how wonderful an actor they are... that's just a fact...!!

exactly i LOL'ed hard at reading that aamir is NOT a superstar. hrithik is at par with abhishek.

There can not be a comparision between two...and I am not doing it. I am just sayign that to bring Hritik up you can not drag Abhi down. You might have loved Hritik in his dad's movies or in the movie with SRK...But as of now I would say Ranbir can pull more people in.

Hritik and Abhi's acting style is very different. So appreciated them for their abilities and not compare. Hritik could not have done Guru and Abhi could not have Krish...

The only star power that drives public crazy is _ SRK not even Aamir...

All I know is Abhay and Kalki are in Zindagi na mile dobara and thats all I need to know. Kitty kat and Mr.break dancer are just the show pieces to pull in crowds, now even if their star power is not enough for the investors to put in money, then I guess bollywood is heading towards the right direction. Maybe finally investors are smelling the coffee and refusing to pour money into stupid flicks like kites, drona, rona, dhona...whatever.
