I'd never watched this full interview before. THey ask them about religious differences, I lvoe saif and bebo even more now! Just coz of the respec tthey have towards each other's faith. THey ask Kareena about converting to Islam for marriage, but even before she can answer, saif says no. He'll never ask her to do that.
Bebo clarifies: Its not that i dont have respect for his faith, its just i'm a very spiritual person, and I already believe in this universal entity. And even Siaf has said that he's not a fan of organized religion.
The reporter was asking her what she felt and to be honest whether her image about mulsims was tainted before she met saif.
She basically said: Not at all, because my familys' not like that, we dont differentiate between religions, BUT I'll be honest. After all these terror attacks were constantly happenign, there was this slight black spot in my mind towards certain elements which is now gone after constantly talking and discussing with saif. Iunderstand it so much better now.
Totally loved how Saif speaks about everything. He also talks about how he was denied a flat in Juhu because of his religion and said its ok, but kareena says "I know he's saying right now its ok, but he was very upset about it".
Came out around Kurbaan's release.
Its long but a very itneresting interview to watch.
Saif also says he wants to take kareean back to the Taj Hotel where it happened, just out of support and spirit, but kareena doesnt wanan go, lol
She says its just coz she cant stop thinking about what happened htere, so she doesnt think she can enjoy a cup of coffee or celebrate or have dinner there liek nothing's happened.
Also, they ask kareena, has religion ever come in between you guys, has it been an issue?
And bebo smiles and says, "not yet"
And the reporter goes, "Not YET?"
Saif starts smiling and sahe says, "My love should not be tested in terms of religion" and she looks towards saif and says "plz"
He smiles and says, "ofcourse not" 😳
And they ask them about marraige as well, and how they'll go about doing it.
