i have a feeling it will be a hit cause there is competition for next week, parmeet is lucky that way, there were sum loopholes in the film which he denied cause they werre not put forward correctly the character transition was too sudden i didn't know meiyang was fond of alcohol till he became an alcoholic!!

Komal Nahta is very conservative and he usually doesn't call movies hits. He always underestimates them. But the same Komal Nahta is calling Badmaash Company a success 😊

Another point is, the cost of the film is 26 crores and it is expected to make more than 30 crores... which is why they are declaring it a success.

Badmaash Company grossed a decent 13.50 crore nett over its first weekend. The film did around 5 crore nett in Mumbai and around 3 crore nett in Delhi/UP. East Punjab added another 1 crore nett approx. The business on saturday and Sunday was better than Friday but jump was not huge.

The first week is looking to finish in the 19-21 crore nett depending on the how well the weekdays perform. The film will earn for its makers as costs are not very high and revenue from all sources will probably go near 30 crore.

The theatrical performance should also be decent as the film does not have much competition next week and this should allow the film to hit the 30 crore nett lifetime mark

Anyway, there is no point argiung over this as the verdict will be out soon. We will know soon how big a success it is, but one thing we know for sure..it's not a flop 😃

agreeed, and even if it is not a hit i dun mind but seriously too early in the day to call it an average when actually the film is on it's way to be successful and since yrf knows about the business and r celebrating already tells us sumthing, plus no competition this week!
