'I'm not reading any review of Housefull' - Sajid

Sajid Khan whose next film would have no comedy, has taken a peculiar mannat (religious vow) just before the release of Housefull. He decided he wouldn't read any of the reviews, good bad or indifferent, for the film.

So staunch is he about the vow that Sajid wouldn't allow any member of the Housefull cast to even read out passages of the reviews.

Says Sajid, "It isn't as if I've anything against critics. It's just a mannat I took during release. You see, I had actually satirized all the critics through a song I had composed naming them on stage at an awards function. There and then I decided I have no right to read reviews for my films."

That's how the mannat happened. On Saturday morning when the favourable reviews appeared Sajid's team began calling him excitedly. Sajid simply wouldn't hear of it! When Akshay tried to read out passages, Sajid drowned his voice by screaming.

"I believe the reviews are good. But I'm not reading them. I don't even want to know what's in them. My loss. It's between me and my conscience."

this guy makes me laugh, sooo overconfident!! he annoys the hell out of me, if u r soo worried about ur conscience then stop criticising others films and excuse them of copying stuff when u exactly do the same!! and his films are far worse then the ones he criticises, this guy has also criticised cinema that is good, he is so up himself!

ofcourse he can'tbear to see the crap he made himself or read what others think about it

I remember him hosting Ikke peh Ikka trashing and making fun of every movie and when critics doing to his movies, he won't read them lol

heis lier very bad movie people are not mad to see hopless movie again and again
