In my opinion the audioence was getting pretty tiired of watching SRK play Rahul roles which was one of the reasons why some of his movies in last 2 yrs havent done that well. I personally stopped watching SRK movies after OSO.

Maybe the audience are excited to see this new side of SRK which is why MNIk is such a big hit. Not sure if people will be flocking to theatres to see him do another Rahul role again.

Try coming over here and looking at the figures in my country. MNIK's probably the highest opening ANY bollywood movie's ever seen. Forget opening, I doubt any movie in quite some time would surpass that kind of craziness of going in theaters. People who hardly watch movies in theatres are seen to be going in for a second, third round in some cases.

The kind of money he's making internationally, forget Bombay and Pune, Aamir I doubt could ever reach that internationally. 😆

I'd like to say though, I like watching both of them despite me being a greater SRK fan. What I can't understand though, is why people keep trying to bring either of them down. As if it's going to make them an ant of a difference! 🤢 Get a life guys!

oh come on guys. Why are we having Srk vs Aamir? Today it says Srk beats aamir, tomorrow there will be Aamir beats Srk. There is nothing new. I am just surprise how aamir fans jump into Srk movie figures. Is it too hard to appreciate other's hard work? Put yourself in their shoe and then comment about this topic.

SRK was not the main lead in both these films, he did only a special appearance on them, while Aamir Khan is the main lead in 3 Idiots, things r different here..........

Honey I was sharing some infor about collection, I didnt make a stement on which is the highest grosser. Even If MNIK is the highest grosser Im happy bcoz a good film needs to be appreciated.

And I dont know much about International scenes as Im still an Indian at heart. :) With regards to Aamir's internation reach didnt Lagaan actually get nominated for an Oscar?

I doubt people will be tired Srk in a romantic role. For example RNBDJ, KANK, OSO. Neither of them were flop or average. Especially Kjo movies always rock in Overseas. Not sure how MNIK will do because it's compeltely difference movie but it's doing great business worldwide.
