well..you cant blame the actors here..its the problem with the concept and the script..anybody who saw fida will agree that it was a waste movie..but on the other hand chup chup ke and 36 china town were average hits too..omkara was a moderate success too i guess..i think instead of seeing them as real life couples or reel life couples the directors should give them something to do..i feel JWM would still have been a hit if it was made when kareena and shahid were a couple..the story was different..the approach was fresh..kareena stole the show also! 😊

as for the topic,i agree,and i dont agree.

if a movie tries to sell it off kust a real-life jodi's movie,like tashan,or even kurbaan,then its seriously bores the audience,but u have had abhi-ash scoring with guru,shahid-kareena with JWM..snd many more such examples.if a movie does have a good script,nothing else should matter much.

It is to a degree true that off-screen couples don't excite a cine-goer coz there is already so much about them in the news.

But at the end of the day,a good movie is most important.If everything -the music,casting ,promotion falls into place than a movie will work.
