Six years before, they were a hushed pair as he was a married man with a kid. Six years later, they are literally just good friends. We are talking about the emphatic jodi of Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra. Though they tried avoiding each other in one event, in another they just ended up having a discrete conversation. You see...few habits die hard! We hope Twinkle is in the loop....

Yesterday afternoon, Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra shocked everyone at a five-star hotel in Bandra, where she was rehearsing for an event. The two superstars had an amicable conversation for a full ten minutes. This makes for a rather pleasant change - as both have a tendency to look through each other at events. What else does anyone expect of supposed estranged lovers? They can't start ogling at each other at every event!

According to our source, they avoided each other at Nita Ambani's party just last week. They didn't exchange even a 'Hello'. "They don't talk to each other, do they?" said a guest who attended that party. Just yesterday, there was a story that Priyanka had refrained from going to Vijender Singh's party because Akshay Kumar was on the guest-list. However, all this animosity seems to be a thing of the past now. Their interaction at yesterday's event is proof of that. A witness said that the meeting was very amicable. It is good to see that the two of them have matured and decided to put the past behind them. Well...Akki needs his lucky charms back as he's a bit desperate for a hit now. And what better than act with Priyanka with whom he has a 100% track record. Never mind the nosy wife!
