and Ajab may have been sensless but with 26 11 approaching, I think people would rather got to a movie to watch something that makes them laugh and take away their troubles then to go to movie and see 26 11 flashing all over again.

Karan Johar sure knows what he's doing. His latest production Kaal opened almost universally to bad reviews, but that hasn't stopped the film from making a killing at the box office, thanks to Johar cleverly flooding the market with prints.

You might hate the film, but Karan and his co-producer, Shah Rukh Khan, are going to laugh all the way to the bank.

Kully, KANk got a really got start in India and overseas. I think it beat Krish ki opening too. So I think it was a semi-hit or a hit.

KANK didn't flop because it was a HUGE overseas hit. One of the 10 biggest of all time. It got a huge opening in INdia and fell after that. but it was still a profit making film.

KANK : 60 Crores in one week in India ---- The second week was the opposite because of all the controversies about infedelity...And overseas it was a mega super hit, the NRI and western people loved the film in general and they presented the movie in several special screening during festivals (Cannes, Toronto, Berlin).......

Kurbaan is a super super duper flop compared to KANK......
