Completely Over-Hyped, i think his PR company is doing brilliantly over-time these days by flooding all the news channels and articles with this so-called SRK, Aamir, Salman and Akshay replacer.

Agree people may find him handsome and all but acting wise i don't find anything striking about him not even passable, LOL

He is average actor and will never be the best !! Donot know what will happen tomorrow !! Imran Neil are better actors than him !! Apart from Rishi all Kapoor males have come and gone !!

I'm not a fan of his, but I do think he can be the next superstars. A lot of superstars are over-hyped and so is he.

I defently think he is the next superstar i liked him in Saawariya hes acting was good there didnt like him in BAH at all and after that i didnt like him much but then when WUS came i really started to like him so much he was too good and so awesome and in APKGK was amazing and really awesome i really loved him in APKGK and hes next movies looks very promising specially Rajneeti and also Rocket Singh i think he defently could be the next superstar hes first movie was a flop but he didnt give up and he worked hard and really believed in himself i like that about him wish him all the best...

Yes i think he has potential and looking at his upcomign movies he is trying to be diverse in his roles so i think if he continues to do good quality work he can become the next superstar, although i think shahid will be the most ahead in his age group.

And come on he is far less overhyped compared to his contemporories 😉..Ranbir did deliver 2 hits in a row within 2 yrs in the industry ..He DOES have potential- good screen presence & fab comic timing which is rare among the new gen bolly actors

Good question.
After seeing APKGK, I have come to the conclusion that he is a great actor, performer and an entertainer. So, he can do individual scenes really well. He is not a complete package yet.

He is not a superstar yet. Not in the league of SRK, Aamir or Hrithik.

These three understand the masses. They know what makes a movie click and do influence the director and the producer. He needs to learn to choose scripts (or influence scripts).
