But I think in general, Akki and PC had something going on till Aitraaz shooting. That is when I think Twinkle gave Akshay an ultimatum. THings end between them. PC starts working on Karam where HArman was an AD and that is when she became closer to his family. In 2005/06 there were all those stories about Shahid-Kareena-PC-Harman going on double dates and vacations together.

LS 2050 was shot in late 2006 and early 2007 and I think it was then that PC was talking on KWK about how there is someone in her life and its getting there etc. When Karan asked her about her double dates with Kareena+Shahid and mentioned Harman she suddenly smiled.

Then the film released in July 2008 and soon after that there were rumours about them having major fights and being on the verge of a break-up. They were together till early october because that is when He attended the Drona premiere with her. Shahid was there too - probably because Kaminey shooting had started. At that point Shahid-PC were still only friends.

Its hard to make out when Shahid Priyanka started dating properly because they are neighbours - so its not as if they need to be on a movie set to hang out. That is usually how most Bollywood affairs start.

The shooting of WYR started in late December 2008 and by that time Priyanka-Harman had broken up. So I am guessing the break-up happened in october since they weren't spotted together at events after that. During this time she was working on Kaminey with Shahid and they had outdoor schedules in Pune and Hyderabad. They probably got closer then and started dating by the time WYR shooting started.

This is just my interpretation.

I don't know as much about Shahid. I think Anamika and Riya would be the persons to handle that.

What I can think of is:

Shahid-Kareena broke up either before or early on in his shoot in Toronto. No one on the KiKo sets knew about the break-up till 2 days before the shoot was over. He comes back to India and says he is single on Jhalak Dikh Laja. I even remember an Imtiaz interview in like November 2007 where the interviewer asked him about Shahid and he said that as of two days ago Shahid is still single.

Then in December 2007 he was apparently spotted having dinner with Sania in Bangalore. He admitted on going out on dates with her. She was apparently also on the sets of Kaminey initially. For the first couple of months Shahid was shooting alone - Priyanka's part started later. I think their break-up rumours started around September 2008. Sajid Superstars was shot in June or so 2008. At that time it is obvious from his interview that he is with Sania.

Apart from that I explained everything else in my PC timeline. I think in the initial parts of shooting Kaminey together PC and Shahid were just friends and got closer over the course of time.

It was said that they started dating during the second part of their schedule as they were both nursing broken hearts. And Mubina the producer of the film kind of got them together. Supposedly the three of them would hang out a lot. Go out for movies. One such spotting was for the movie Tashan which they all went to see. Serious dating supposely happened in Pune (nov/dec time frame). Long drives were reported. Then the facebook flirting came out in Jan. etc. The talks were rampant about them dating in Feb. NO real public spotting until Morani party in March where they came out together and hung out with each other throughout the night etc. Then there were many such spottings through April. Big going out time for Shahid and Priyanka. The rest is history.

Rani I think you mean Tahaan and not Tashan. Tashan released in Jan 2008. But yeah the rest of it makes sense.

And Mubina the producer of Kaminey was also one of the producers of Tahaan. That is why Shahid and Priyanka were at that event. Mubina, Shahid and Priyanka are all pretty good friends at this point. She was one of the people Priyanka went to Ajmer with recently.
