Shahid Kapoor and the secret of his bums

Shahid Kapoor is so conscious about his perfect physique that he takes extra efforts not only to keep his biceps and abs fit but also to help look his posterior appealing. Now, the secret of Shahid's perfectly round hips is out. The chocolate boy has apparently been using 'bum bags' to help make his hips round.

A bum bag is a fabric pouch that comes with a zipper and is worn around the waist and strapped around the bums. The fact was revealed to a newspaper by a close source who also added that "Shahid has been wearing bum bags ever since his debut film, 'Ishq Vishq' in 2003."

Shahid is very regular in hitting the gym and has worked hard to attain the perfectly chiselled physique but unfortunately has a flat butt and has unable to put on weight on his hips. His lean and boyish structure has always been the source of his worry. So, as soon as he arrives at the sets and once he enters his vanity van, he makes sure that he wears bum bags in every single shot.
