You are obviously not as big an Imti fan as me 😉

Abhay Deol's first two films were written by Imtiaz. Imtiaz's brother did the dialogues for Ahista Ahista, though they have a similar style.

Its such a Jhakaas movie.. Imtiaz rocked.. Abhiay was a darling in the confused role and aysha was awesome.. It reminded me of JWM! What happened in LAK man! comeon... Imtiaz should concentrate on more youthful stuff.. he knowz the pulse of youth..

I think he did something different in LAK - a story that excited him. I personally like LAK a lot, and as an Imtiaz fan I would want him to keep making films and writing stories that excite him. I think the worse thing that could happen is if he tried to replicate his previous films just because they have been loved by the audience.

Anyway I guess we all have different opinions and the world would be boring if we all thought the same way.

Isn't that such a cutie-putie movie? I loved it!! Takia was simply adorable. Abhay has improved a lot since then but he was good in it too.

This is one of my favorite recent romantic comedies. I love the dialogues and I liked the interactions between the families too. And it still happens to be my favorite IMLI film, and it still feels fresh on repeated viewings. One of the cuter scenes is when Abhay walks out with Ayesha out of the building and then they get into the taxi, and he does not really acknowledge that they are running off together, and he just tells the driver to keep going.
Yes, I also do think Ahista Ahista is underrated. Unfortunately, I did not see the original telefilm. But even though the film version was quite slow in pacing, I thought it was a very touching tale, and I did not mind the ending thought it did come out of nowhere and left me with a lump in my throat. Abhay Deol was much better in that film than he was in SNT where I thought Ayesha did a better job.

I love Socha Na Tha, it's one of my favorite movies! Abhay and Ayesha are so cute together. I watch it all the time when it shows on TV. It's too bad the movie failed at the box office, it was really good!
