Kareena or PC Who looked best with Shahid Kapoor - Page 7

As a Shahid fan, I rate Shahid-Kareena's chemistry higher than Shahid-Amrita's chemistry. Shamrita were VERY cute in Ishq Vishk, but they were totally gag worthy in Vivah.

Believe it or not, I always thought Shahid-Kareena had chemistry, whether it was Fida, CCK, China Town and all those craptastic movies. JWM was just a very well made movie, so their chemistry was highlighted in it. It was a love story, it was completely about Aditya and Geet, and I guess thats why some people rate their chemistry higher than Shanks's chemistry.

I honestly watch movies with an unbiased view. Thats the reason why I loved RDB, Omkara, etc. And, thats the reason why I hated Vivah.

Kaminey wasn't just about Sweety and Guddu, it had many other characters. It was not a love story, it was a caper and still Shanks shined. They only had few scenes together, whereas Aditya and Geet were part of every frame. Shahid-Priyanka/Sweety-Guddu left me speechless in their few scenes together. Like Geet said, no one else can do the gas station scene, the police station scene, the chottu-chotti scene, the love making scene, the mashaal scene any better than them. I honestly think that PC was perfect as Sweety, the part where she tells him about her pregnancy, Guddu jokingly says thats he's gonna commit suicide, so for once she was like "JUST GO TO HELL!" and then the next second, she runs towards him, begging to not commit suicide😆

I've said this before, chemistry for me is not about looking good, hugging/kissing, or dancing some bhangra! Chemistry reflects in the couple's body language, the way they look at each other, the comfort, the dialogues and so much more. Its about shining as a couple, without the, gimmicks, crazy songs/outfits, lavish sets and beautiful outdoor locations.

For me, Shahid-Priyanka/Sweety Guddu defined chemistry in those dirty/dark locations, with lower middle class outfits, ordinary locations, powerful dialogues and whatnot. I would feel it everytime Sweety told her relatives how Guddu wasn't her boyfriend, he was her husband.

For example, Shahid-Priyanka arent even posing together in this still, but I still see a lot of chemistry.

The one good moment in the film , which I might have overlooked if it weren't for Baradwaj Rangan, was when Shahid asks Amrita what her hobbies are, and she says she reads books like Parineeta and he says "Yeh acchi hindi books hai" and she says"inke english translations bhi acche hai". Apart from that movie was all sugary fakeness.
