I was watching this "ONE ON ONE" thing with Taran Adarsh and Imtiaz, and Taran said "deepika's a good looker, but shes a bad actress" i'm not a crazy DP fan lol but i did think that was rude... i mean to say in front of the director,

and Imtiaz kinda gave a nervous laugh and said " she has excedded all my expectations" and something along the lines of like " hopefully she'll exced urs too"..

sooo umm what do you guys think, should Taran have said that.. i mean couldnt he have put it in a better light?!?!

And people should believe Taran chamcha Adarsh because? Whats his claim to fame besides praising every SRK movie to the skies? If someone locked me up in an elevator with this guy, I'd definitely like to slap him for infinite reasons.

Taran Adarsh annoys me to the max. I really dislike his reviews. He talks BS and his voice puts me to sleep 🥱 He's gone OTT with praising a lot of mediocre films in the past and that just goes to show what kind of critic he is. Other than that, I don't have a problem with him 😆

And anyway, who said that critics have to be right? It's just their opinion and opinions are never right or wrong.

I agree with the "claim to fame part" these critics do nothing of worth themselves but rip others apart pretty savagely - I guess power goes to their heads after awhile and they think they are box-office Gods who can make or break a film.

i guess he hadn't watched LAK then..cuz this is what he wrote abt her in his recent LAK movie review:

"Deepika looks ethereal. Most importantly, in LOVE AAJ KAL, she acts very, very well. Matching up to Saif is no mean achievement and she does it in several scenes. This should be the turning point in her career."

I can understand some ppl are highly frustrated by the fact that "kal ki aayi"/"bf stealer" Deepika Padukone, who everyone loathes with a passion, is bagging accolades from everyone(how unfairrrr, rite??). Don't try to dig too deep for the negatives...if Deepika has the potential to make a critic eat his own words, aam junta is her "daaye haath ka khel". Live and let live 😉

Taran praises movies like welcome, sik and KI, who even trust he's opinions? LOL

His reviews and opinions are crap. He always praises crap stuff. So I'm glad he isn't praising deepika.

Wasn't he the one who bashed the best movie Lagaan???
