Katrina did refuse no one killed Jessica in fact she was the first one to refuse it because the case of jessia is still not solved!!!

Not for the same role, but Shah Rukh Khan rejected the role that Madhavan later essayed. Ego was probably the biggest issue. Most actors didn't want to play second-fiddle to Aamir, although I'm sure there are far more diplomatic answers for the rejections.

SRK for Madz's role, now thats def the ego issue problem. Frankly, I think Sid was the hero, he had the better character. Dj was ehhh.

Aishwarya also rejected the role in Veer Zaara.

Madhuri rejected the role in Baghban(opposite Amitabh) lol

Salman Khan rejected Devdas.

Bipasha Basu rejected Raaz 2(I'm not 100% on this one but they said she did this because she thought she wont look good in the same frame with Emraan as shex taller =P)
