I think when it comes to Akki's movie, media and critics have all shred it apart! .....Yeah, the movie doesn't have a great story but the movie delivers entertainment! For 2: 45 mins, you can't stop laughing!...>Everyone in theatre was laughing all the time....Everyone seemed to enjoy!! I don't know why people are expecting it to be a movie on some serious topic...From the promo itself, it shows that film has all the gloss, entertainment and masti and that is what it delivers!!...
I went with all my family members (8) and everyone couldn't stop laughing!....Akki is back in form and Kareena was brilliant! :)

I think film will be a super hit with the audience reaction!!!

My friends say th at you come out laughing and it is funny.

You know what is more funny..I switched on the TV thi morning and her ewas Denzel talking about KI. No reviews or nothing but jujst a report that they made up for Akki...showing his unbuttoning thingy, Deepika and him on hot air balloon and Kareena at DLF.....and you know what they were saying:

"Akki is nothing with out Katrina"..."Without Katrina Akki is fisaddi"

I was like...what..Just becasue it is Akki you try to shred him apart before you go and watch his movie and if it was somebody else you would not give him "A flop, he is done and you can put fork in him" attitude that you do with Akki.

Akki's such a humble guy...I really want ti tot work for him. I really do.

Its like the media's shredding hte movie apart. And it seems like some ppl really liked it, but they're making it out ot be more horrible than it is.

Oh don't worry Desigal90.. I just saw entertainment Quarter and the public opinion showed only 2 people (who by the way looked sad enough as if htey have never laughed 😆) say "oh there was no story"...rest all said Great movie, very funny, its going toeb a big hit and all....

So I am not going by the critics. As they only have good reviews for we all know who....

KI is doing great and your gal pal Kareen ais getting rave reviews by public. Girls are calling her "Man she is hot"....

I don't think anyone went in expecting a serious movie, or one with plot. We're all well informed of the fact that an Akshay Kumar movie nowadays lacks a well-thought out plot, and realistic characters. It's mostly about glamour, skin show, with toilet humor thrown in for a good measure (See SIK, Welcome for examples). Is there something wrong with this? Absolutely not. Some people will be entertained by this; some won't. Humor is extremely subjective. Merely because they weren't entertained doesn't mean they went into the theatre expecting something innovative; it just is a reflection of how devastatingly funny they found the movie.

To sum it up: Some people find some jokes funny; other people don't find the same jokes funny.

i didnt see "intense" anywhere...lollllllllllll it was lacking intensity infact....but overall itz a nice watch...

Kambakht Ishq: Complete trash

Another asinine film from Bollywood. When will things change in the world of popular Hindi cinema? Akshay and Kareena have earned the honour of starring in the first box office disaster since the diagreement between the producers and the PVR owners.

PARDON ME if my review does not read like a normal review but then never before has such an asinine movie been unleashed on the public. I would have shared the story had there been one. There is some absurd thing about Kareena, the surgeon, leaving her watch inside the patient's (Akshay's) stomach and then trying to lure him back to the operating theatre…Jai Ho! Script writing and direction in Bollywood just made new lows.

The film is based on a Tamil film Pammal K Sambadam. Kamla Hassan stars in that one.

This is my advice: Don't go to see this film even if you are paid to do so.

My rating: 0/5
Storyline: Does not exist
Music: Discordant, jarring and forgettable
Direction: Unmitigated disaster
Acting: Non existent

This film will surely be the final blow to Akshay Kumar's near dead career. As for Bebo (Kareena), how desperate does one have to be to sign on for this film?

Supporting cast: What and who were they supporting?

Boman Irani, Kiran Kher, Amrita Arora, Javed Jaffery are all in the movie for some inexplicable reason known only to the director (Sabbir Khan) and /or producer (Sajid Nadiadwala).

The recession must have hit Hollywood really hard for Denise Richards and Sylvestor Stallone to take on the buffonery that has been heaped upon them in this film.

PS: Expect some protests from Hindu groups for the way an important mantra has been misused in this film. A total dishonour. Sabbir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala must answer why they decided to use a Hindu mantra in such a crass way.
