But it is HIT films with Akshay Kumar which made the Katrina that she is today. In Bollywood everyone is commercial and stars. There are no actors. So I would give Katrina some credit for where she is today.

In my opinion, she is better than Salman Khan. 😛 Katrina Kaif always gives credit to Akshay Kumar. In fact she mentions him as her favorite co-star. Other than that I don't think she needs to keep thanking him all the time.

Even Akshay made it big because of Dharmesh Darshan and now he doesn't even bother to acknowledge Darshans.

Sanam, everyone does. Nepotism is the only thing that works in Bollywood so everyone needs stepping stone. Very rarely outsiders like SRK, Akshay Kumar, Aishwarya Rai make it big esp. after 90s. Earlier the time was different altogether.

Mr. Bachchan looked beyond Prakash Mehra. So what Akshay Kumar did is normal too. Everyone looks up and don't want things which pull them down.
