Feroz Khan's heroines
Bollywood's most stylish actor was known for, among many things, romancing some of the hottest heroines onscreen. He added glamour to the silver scene with his elaborate and colourful acting, and made all his leading ladies swoon in his presence. We take a look at Khan's onscreen lovers in the films in which the great legend will live on.

Zeenat Aman
: Yesteryears' hottest actress was cast in Qurbani, Feroz Khan's most successful directorial venture. The film's direction, urban setting, music and foreign locales, as well as up-market images, made it stand out when it was released. The actress also wore a bikini in the film, which was a crowd puller at the time. Qurbani was one of the coolest and most stylish films of the time. The movie was one of the most expensive films made in the 1980s, with a budget of Rs. 20 crores. And the fast cars, tight script, slick action and good music made the film a big hit.

Hema Malini
: Bollywood's dream girl was seen in Dharmatma, which saw her in the new avatar of a glamour doll. Dharmatma (1975) was produced and directed by Feroz Khan. The movie was the first Indian attempt at localizing The Godfather. It was also the first Indian film to be shot in Afghanistan. In an interview, Hema once said that Feroz was the first person to call her 'Baby'.

Sharmila Tagore
: She appeared with him in Safar (1970). There was a haunting conversation in the movie when Sharmila Tagore and Feroz Khan are driving away at a furious pace. Feroz says, 'Zindagi Lamba Chakaar Hai Aur Maut Sidha Rasta Hai Wahaan Pahuchne Ka.' The film was shot entirely in India, and was a big hit of that time. Sharmila has said that Feroz was a great co-star and a true style icon.

Mumtaz
: Mumtaz was paired with Feroz in Apradh (1972), his debut as a producer and director. The film is famous for the song 'Ae Naujawan Hai Sub', sung by Asha Bhosle. The song was later sampled by international band Black Eyed Peas in their track 'Don't Phunk With My Heart' in 2005.

Dimple Kapadia
: Dimple starred in Janbaaz (1986) with Feroz. The film was also directed by him, and was famous for its steamy scenes. In fact, it was these intimate scenes between the lead couple that pulled hordes to the theatres.

Madhuri Dixit: The actress worked with Feroz on his directorial venture Dayavan (1988), which included a very memorable kissing scene with Vinod Khanna. It was the remake of a very famous Tamil movie called Nayagan, directed by Mani Ratnam, starring Kamal Hasan.

Celina Jaitley
: Feroz directed Celina in Janasheen. This time, he let his son Fardeen do the romancing, and played the villain Saba Kareem instead. The film was filled with bikini scenes by the sultry actress. Yet, even more memorable than Celina's skin show was the powerful dialogues, including, 'Khoon Bahana Hame Pasand To Nahi Aata, Magar Kya Karen, Kambakhat Hamari Ragon Me Daurta Hai'.
