A good director knows a good actor so am sure Farhan knows what he wants and I am glad that like Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal, script was written for Deepika. Its not like they checked tons of women and finalized her.

I didn't read the article :) just header and I was happy. Bring on anything with Farhan and I am sure it would be brilliant. Deepika couldn't have asked for anything better at the moment.

Love Aaj Kal releasing on June 9th too.

There was an article that kully posted and it said it was a thriller and romantic movie. I'll try to find that article or pm kully about it

Kalpana Lajmi is a good director but she was unnecessarily trying to make Deepika her relative. Lajmi makes serious cinema.

So at the moment it is better that Deepika does commercial because once she establishes, she can always do serious cinema later. She needs to keep her market value in Bollywood because she doesn't have any god father to recommend her.

Kareena Kapoor shaped her career well without any help from her family or any camps.
