Katrina Kaif Replaces Aishwarya Rai

After dethroning Aishwarya Rai from the numero uno position in Bollywood, Katrina Kaif is fast emerging as a threat to her in the brand endorsement circuit as well. The hot actress recently replaced Aishwarya to become the new brand ambassador of a prominent diamond jewellery brand.

Known for her sensuality as well as her feminine charm, Katrina reveals why she chose to endorse the brand. "Be it a skin, hair or a jewellery product, I am very selective about the brands I endorse. I undertake extensive research on the company and try to ensure that the brand delivers on its promises made to the user of the product," proclaims a beaming Katrina.

Looking graceful in a white gown and bedecked with exquisite diamond jewellery, Katrina also shed light on her much appreciated on-screen chemistry with Akshay Kumar. "He's really hard working and has boundless energy. These traits are really inspirational and on top of that he's an absolutely wonderful person to work with," says the Welcome girl.

When the Kat purrs, everybody takes notice. Only a few movies old, Katrina Kaif has already occupied the No. 1 position in Bollywood, dislodging the ice queen, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Having already worked with established directors, she attributes much of her success to the directors she works with and regards the director as the captain of the ship.
Initially hesitant to work with new directors, Kat is now open to work with the new breed of filmmakers.

Katrina has already signed up with veteran directors -- Prakash Jha and Raj Kumar Santoshi who are making Rajneeti and Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahaani respectively.

Ash is so number 1! Kat doesn't even come close. After Kat delivers a hit film where she actually acts, I'll consider her in the running, but she has time!

cool i dont care but i think they are both good in their own way but i have got to admit that know one has ever done what Katrina has she has just entered bollywood in 2003 with he film Boom look at this site ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1229940/ ) and has gone so far, so what if the first 6 films of hers werent good apart from Sarkar but after Namastey London her life changed so much after that any film she did was good all the way to yuvvraaj if the film is not good then she always is, she has also done films that we are not aware of check the site out

this is so lame, right now in bollywood, there is noone No.1 in actor or actress category.

To be honest, I dont think anyone currently holds the number 1 spot....Kat may have come a long way but she still needs to improve greatly to compete with other actresses....

I think Katrina Replaced Aish from her very first hindi film.
