Asin's argument with Aamir

...if one wants to work with Aamir Khan. This has miffed Ghajini actress Asin who recently had an argument with Aamir. She is fed-up of all the restrictions

Most of the time, Aamir Khan manages to get away with rubbing people the wrong way under the excuse of being a perfectionist. While most do not object to his authoritarian ways, it has left Ghajini actress Asin baffled. Consequently, Asin has raised an objection as she couldn't take Aamir's strict terms and conditions while working with him in their forthcoming film, Ghajini.

Asin is fed-up as she has been forced to follow Aamir's strict rules for almost two years now. A source close to Aamir said, "Although Asin is extremely fond of Aamir, she had an argument with him recently. It all stemmed from the fact that Aamir has stopped her from interacting with the media, making public appearances or attending any events.

Asin has been getting a lot of attention as she has a meaty role in Ghajini and she has also signed the ambitious London Dreams opposite Salman Khan. But Asin isn't happy even though her career is going great guns as she had to turn down all offers of interacting with the media- a necessary step in self-promotion for any newcomer."

"Although she is part of some big banners now, very little is known about her. To make matters worse, the Ghajini team has also told Asin that she shouldn't give her portfolio pictures to anyone. All this is making her feel restricted," added the source.

That's when Asin decided to take things in hand and had a serious discussion with Aamir. She told Aamir that the restrictions on her should be eased as she has been meeting a lot of big filmmakers and needs to move on.

"It has been almost two years that she has been under the contract with Aamir as Ghajini had to be postponed due to Aamir's injury and several other problems," said the source.

And how did Aamir take to Asin's demand? "Needless to say, Aamir was very surprised," added the source.
When contacted, Asin curtly said, "I cannot speak about this as we have been told not to speak to the press."

However, Ghajini producer, Madhu Varma confirmed the news and said, "It is true. We had requested all the actors of Ghajini not to speak about the film. Since this is Asin's first Hindi film, the restriction is particularly important in her case."

Mr perfectionist is all about awe, respect,talent hard work and talent.But very liitle goodwill friendship and love.

Ghajini may have become a hit with a different director.The original director can never recreate the same magic.It has never happened before.

I hope Asin is better than what we saw of her in the promos.We have heard so much..

its total Aamir's movie so should trust on Aamir kHan.

Kinda absurd to have a hue and cry at this point of time- why would she complain when the movie is coming out so soon...so she kept shut for 1 yr 10 months and just when it's around 2 months left to go for the movie to release it becomes unbearable to tolerate anymore...don't think that would be so...if such were her restrictions she would have retrained from that Salman movie that she is coming in...knowing that Aamir doesn't control that other movie....

if asin is truely acting like this, then it's so stupid and not mature. Or she think her role didn't shaped up that good that she wants to move on, but come on aamir casted you in his big project, you can wait another less than 2 months.

Hey who all did he have problems with? I thought there was a tiff with Juhi but than she said she would love to be in a movie directed by Aamir. Kareena was eager to work with him and she did get a chance in Idiot....Rani gave a first solo hit in Ghulam with Aamir and I thought they share a great rapport....

Is it a necessity to work with same people again and again...he has given hits with totally new and inexperienced directors...The same argument can be made for those who have a tend to work with well established directors dealing with similar genre...Would those people be able to give a hit with any other new inexperienced director? Probability argument isn't it?
